2. What data we process
- Browsing data. In normal operation our systems acquire data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, pages visited. They are used for anonymous statistics and to keep the site secure.
- Data you send us. When you write or call, you provide the data contained in your message: name, contact details and anything else you choose to include.
- Cookies and similar technologies. As described in the cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Operating and securing the site — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Answering enquiries — pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Non-necessary cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
- Legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Nature of the provision
Providing browsing data is necessary to use the site. Providing the data contained in your messages is optional, but without it we cannot follow up on your request.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and by suppliers appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, including the hosting provider (Server dedicato situato in Italia, gestito dal fornitore che cura il sito) and email service providers. The Contact page may show a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited), which is not loaded automatically: it starts only after consent to third-party content or after an explicit click on the «Show the map» button. Until then Google receives no data. Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for their own purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Data is processed within the European Economic Area. Where a supplier involves a transfer to a third country, it takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision or of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Google Ireland Limited may transfer data to the United States on the basis of the EU-US adequacy decision.
7. Retention
- Browsing data and security logs: for the technical time needed to operate and secure the site, and in any case no longer than 12 months, except where an offence has to be established by the judicial authority.
- Enquiries received: for as long as needed to handle the request and thereafter for the applicable limitation period.
- Cookie consent: 12 months from the moment the choice is recorded.
8. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to info@ivicontract.com.
9. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you reside.

This notice may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force.
